Our standard rooms are $250/week

We have a no-fee laundry system. There are two brand new top of the line washers and dryers.

We offer 1 year and 2 year lease options.

What are the rent options?
Weekly rent only.

Why is there no equipment in the room?
We are offering our first tenants the flexibility of installing their equipment where they would like or of us installing where you would like. Additionally, if you are a service provider that doesn't need this equipment, it is not in your way.

HOw do leases work for multi-tenant suites?
Each tenant will have their own lease and rent will be spilt at your direction.

How do I reserve a suite?
Suites are first come, first serve. Once you sign a lease, you and your suite are locked in.
